Aaron Conway, Vice President and Director of Field Operations is a Desert Storm era Army veteran with 8 years of service in infantry, personnel management and served as an Army classroom instructor.

Aaron is a licensed Personal Protection Officer and Private Investigator that has worked as a supervisor and manager in private security for over 15 years.  He has worked in the Kansas Department of Corrections, Federal Protective Service and has been a Director of Operations for two private security companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

Aaron also had a successful career as a professional boxer where he also worked as an instructor in self defense tactics.
