Terry Barber, President and Chief Operations Officer, has 20 years experience in law enforcement and over 25 years experience in private security.  While a police officer he received numerous commendations for outstanding service and served in many areas of law enforcement such as, detention, patrol, personnel, training and all areas of investigations as a detective.

During his law enforcement career he also worked in private security as a Personal Protection Officer for numerous executives, dignitaries and celebrities.  Terry was also a Police Academy Instructor, Senior Field Training Officer, a Private Investigator and an Armed Guard.

For 6 years, Terry was employed as Security Consultant, President and Manager for a private security company, within a prestigious corporation in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  He conducted many private investigations involving trade secrets, confidential corporate information and corporate counter espionage and was the personal body guard for the C.O.O. of the corporation.
